Startup Acceleration Program
We recommend aspiring entrepreneurs who want to apply for the GSU Innove Startup Acceleration Program to attend the Digital Leadership Academy first. Click for Digital Leadership Academy information.
Phase 1: Entrepreneurs who qualify for the GSU Innove Startup Acceleration Program go through an intense and one-on-one mentoring process. The problem and value proposition that the startups are candidates to find solutions to is questioned by addressing the basic market needs and demands. After working on the business model and revenue model of the enterprise, user or customer interaction methods are examined. At this stage, the venture may decide to revise or pivot its business strategy. During the mentoring phase, the MVP of the initiative or the completed solution proposal is also examined, and finally, feedback about the user experience is given.
Phase 2: After completing the first phase, the startup is introduced to the support provided by GSU Innove stakeholders to the participants in the second phase of the program. Upon the requests and opinions of GSU Innove program stakeholders, relevant stakeholders are introduced and interaction value propositions are prepared through collaborations.
Stage 3: The final stage of the program discusses how the financial valuation of the venture should be done (where possible, have the venture prepare a draft investment valuation). The program is terminated by introducing early or advanced-stage ventures to the relevant investment funds.
